~Individual Sessions~

Shamanic Treatment-

Every healing session is individually customized to address what is alive in that moment for the receiver so it will be different each time one experiences it.

Through the aide of various ancient traditional diagnostic techniques, I formulate a blueprint for the healing treatment which may include the use of a rattle, various plants, singing, playing of a tingsha and many other tools as well as a heavy emphasis on touch as a major component of the healing session.

Each tool is employed to shift the vibration of the person so they may regain their sense of balance in both the physical and emotion bodies which in turn creates wholeness which is our natural state of being.

Remote Shamanic Treatment-

This ancient method of healing allows the client and I to be in two different locations while the healing session takes place. As there is no such thing as time and space in the energetic realm, I am able to utilize shamanic tools from afar to weave in the vibrations of harmony and wholeness by clearing out what no longer serves.  This is a wonderful way to receive healing benefits to maintain balance and health without the pressure to carve out time from ones busy schedule. It is also the perfect gift for distant loved ones.

CranioSacral Therapy-

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CranioSacral Therapy is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to potentially bolster resistance to disease.:

Shamanic Healing for Groups-

As we know, what happens to one of us effects all of us.  The same is true within a Shamanic Therapy group healing session. The beauty of working on one area of a particular participant results in the healing of that area on all of the participants gathered within the circle. Assembling in a group exponentially multiplies the amount of healing each individual receives during the shamanic therapy session, so gather your friends and family to experience healing and connectedness on a whole new level.

Shamanic Cacao Ceremony-the Doorway to Metamorphosis

Who doesn’t like the taste of chocolate?  But did you know that not only does it taste yummy but in its pure form it is also good for you?

Some of the benefits of cacao include:

* High in anti-oxidants such as flavonoids that help support healthy function of the cardiovascular system

* Increases focus and creativity through the help of theobromine that is a gentle and grounded source of energy

* Releases endorphins and serotonin into the brain enhancing one’s mood

* Contains high levels of magnesium which helps support a healthy immune system

The Shamanic Cacao ceremony allows us to work with this ancient plant medicine to open our hearts and foster connection with our own deep knowing.   This magical bean increases our energy level as it sharpens our focus and enhances our creativity.  Yet, it brings about a deep sense of relaxation and peace leaving us with an overall feeling of wellbeing

Sacred Bathing-

Sacred Bathing is a long held belief that all of our bodies, physical and emotional, need cleansing to remove impurities in order for us to maintain our health and vibrancy.  The art of Sacred Bathing is an Andean tradition of South America handed down through the generations that incorporates the use of plants (either fresh or dried) prayers and water.  Although both women and men participate in the bathing, the groups are traditionally segregated as a way of offering support between women with women or men with men.  This single act builds trust as we learn to become more open and vulnerable.  When we allow ourselves to be taken care of we are breaking down the barriers to self-acceptance and ultimately create a deeper sense of belonging to community.

Ritual Yoga-

A practice of internal listening, creating harmony and centeredness while invoking love and light into the body and its energetic fields.

A restorative yin yoga practice. The positions are held for 3-5 minutes engaging the energies of specific meridian channels. Blocked energies are identified, opened and released through the use of traditional practices such as plant limpia, essential oils and touch in conjunction with restorative yoga poses.

Support is not only physical but spiritual. The practice births a creation of unity, vibrancy, balance while engaging personal power. All this, for the unmasking and expression of the Light, walking more fully and powerfully engaged in ones own life. We leave balanced, grounded in the earth, grounded in our breath and open to Spirit.

Dancing the Divine Within-

Humans have always expressed themselves through dance whether doing the boogie-woogie or gathering around a sacred fire.  Movement allows our bodies to release stress and anxiety filling us with energy and joy as endorphins flood our entire being.  It is as simple as moving your body to the music in whatever way feels good to you—no prior dance experience or training is necessary.
